The Avitar Hotel is centrally located, only 2 km from Old Town, 3km from Central Railway Station, Central Bus station and 10km from the Riga International Airport. The hotel is situated only 20 minutes drive from the city Jurmala on the coast of the Baltic Sea with its beautiful beaches and health resorts. The Avitar building was erected in 1930 and totally reconstructed in 2001.
